Colorways - Protein Fibres

These colorways can be hand-dyed onto almost any yarn made of wool, silk, alpaca, mohair, and other protein fibres.

Note: some yarn bases in this category also contain some nylon for strength. Nylon takes acid dyes very well and does not diminish the vibrancy of the yarn's colour.
